The most common interviewing technique that we have observed is the Situational Interview Question. These are open-ended questions designed to allow the interviewing candidates to express their thoughts in an open format. While there is not any single “correct answer”, the manner in which the candidate responds is very important.
This video will discuss those open-ended questions, reveal what the hiring manager is probably looking for from the candidate, and the types of “wrong answers” that some caused some unfortunate candidates to fail the interview.
The video is in the form of a guide, providing suggested exercises and techniques to improve so that you are successful in your next interview.
