Singapore’s 2023 Action Plan for Successful Ageing will look at ensuring employment opportunities for seniors. Two government grants will be extended for another two years. They offer salary subsidies and funding support to companies that hire senior workers. More than $450 million in wage offsets has been disbursed, allowing firms to employ about half a million senior workers.
