Tennessee Tech computer science major Franklin Doane did! After attending the Employer Expo his freshman year, he was hired for a summer internship at DEVCOM Aviation and Missile Center.

“Just because you have no work experience doesn’t mean you can’t get an internship,” he said. “Employers love to see enthusiasm and potential and people who are excited to get into the workforce.”

Tech’s computer science majors have opportunities each semester to attend career fairs and meet hundreds of employers who want to hire talented students for internships and co-operative learning programs.
