4. Soft Skills Development: Developing communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills, which are crucial for workplace success.

5. Career Planning: Identifying career goals, matching skills to job opportunities, and creating actionable steps to achieve career objectives.

6. Job Search Strategies: Teaching members effective job search techniques, including networking, using job search engines, and leveraging social media.

7. Confidence and Motivation: Providing encouragement, boosting self-esteem, and helping individuals overcome job search obstacles, especially for those re-entering the workforce or facing challenges.

8. Basics of crypto trading and investment: How to diversify earnings into crypto investment, security, wallet creation and how to receive payment in crypto.
