Disabled Americans are trying to enter the workforce are struggling. Last year, the Bureau of Labor Statistics found the unemployment rate for disabled people was about 10%, which is about twice as high as the rate for people without a disability. ABC’s Karen Travers looks into why this disparity exists and what employers and hiring managers can do differently.
