Today, I’m joined by Pat Romzek. He’s a retired IT executive community leader, CEO CEO of Three Talents LLC., and Founder/ Executive Director of the Bridge to Opportunity Program. Pat has dedicated his post-retirement work to advocating and enriching the lives of people with disabilities and children with special needs. Since his retirement in 2017 as Vice President of Cloud Sales Strategy at Cisco Systems, he serves on several non-profit boards, works to expand Bridge to Opportunity programs globally, and provides strategic leadership to various organizations worldwide. While at Cisco, Pat founded, developed and led an award-winning global disability employment program. After retiring from Cisco, he led the development of several innovative and transformative Cisco Networking Academy programs for people with disabilities that enable meaningful employment.
