In this interactive presentation, participants will gain knowledge of a talent pipeline that is the largest minority in the United States. Guidance on disability etiquette will be presented in a humorous way to decrease awkward moments. Elements of Universal Design will be explored. Resources will be provided. Strategies to create an inclusive job seeker experience will be discussed. Current knowledge regarding COVID-19 considerations will also be presented.
