To earn the Certified Professional Career Coach designation (CPCC), Feldman completed a comprehensive coaching/training program enhancing his current tools for job searching and career management coaching.

He has spent the last 20 years recruiting and coaching individuals at all levels of the organizational chart, as well as providing college graduates with the support they need to successfully enter the workforce.

His recruiting/coaching career began in 2003, where he developed an interest in coaching clients who were struggling with the choices they needed to make to move their careers to the next level or even transition into a new career. He discovered that combining coaching with recruiting provided clients with more effective tools and an expanded set of options.
